Overview

Our Leadership Development is composed of Leadership Classes, Leadership Tracks and Internships. You will be immersed in real-world leadership scenarios through hands-on experiences while being equipped in the classroom.

Leadership Tracks

COTK College believes in learning by doing, providing opportunities for you to apply leadership principles in practical settings and develop invaluable skills.

Choose from diverse leadership tracks that align with your passions and goals, whether it’s business, ministry, or community development. COTK College empowers you to chart your own course toward impactful leadership by choosing from one of our seven Leadership Tracks.

Worship

Students will receive training in worship leadership including the planning and leading of worship experiences.

Children’s

Students will learn how to effectively engage and communicate the Gospel and love of Jesus to young children.

Pastoral

Students will learn to engage in pastoral responsibilities and learn the fundamentals of pastoral ministry within the church.

Youth

Students will be involved in ministry with junior high and high school youth including services, events, and small groups.

Production

Students will develop skills within church production, lighting, audio engineering, AVL technology, and stage management.

Communications

Students will gain skills within graphic design, photography, and communication to create church-wide promotional content.

Missions

Students will be trained and prepared with the practical skills to mobilize the church and bring the love of God to all people.
